Sarah Robichaud

Biography

Sarah earned a BA from Michigan State University. She then earned her law degree from the Catholic University Columbus School of Law in Washington D.C., where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Catholic University Law Review. Sarah also earned her master’s in law from Wayne State University, where she focused on Corporate Law and Finance.

Sarah began her career as a law clerk in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, focusing on complex litigation on government contracts and tax cases. She has extensive experience ensuring that individuals seeking disability benefits received due process. As a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney with the Eastern District of Michigan’s Civil Litigation Unit, Sarah worked on fraud cases and focused on pre-litigation investigations, demand letters, and settlement efforts.

Sarah is a member of the District of Columbia and Maryland Bar Associations, and has court admission for the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan.
