Ray graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University – Metro Campus with a B.A. and M.A. in Criminal Justice. He received his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in Newark. While in law school, Ray focused his professional development primarily on hands-on clinical work to hone his legal expertise.
Post-graduation, Ray continued his legal journey by assisting low-income tenants with various housing issues to ensure a fair, safe and habitable environment. Before joining the Consumer Advocacy Law Group, Ray worked as Corporate Counsel for a large mortgage company assisting homeowners in achieving their dreams of homeownership. Now Ray directs his time and effort toward resolving solar panel disputes.
Ray is licensed with the New Mexico State Bar.
