Rachel earned her Bachelor’s degree from Dickinson State University and her law degree from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where she served as Subcite Editor on the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review.
Before joining Consumer Advocacy Law Group, Rachel served as Managing Attorney Partner of a high-volume consumer law practice, where she led a 26-person team and oversaw firm operations. Additionally, she has represented hundreds of clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy matters and was co-counsel in a class action Fair Debt Collections Practices Act lawsuit that resolved favorably in 2024.
Rachel’s experience representing mortgage creditors reinforced her preference for advocating on behalf of consumers, individuals, and families. She is an operations leader with a strong commitment to helping consumers navigate unfair and overwhelming legal situations.
Rachel is a member of the bar in Michigan and the District of Columbia, and has court admissions in the U.S. District Courts, Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.
