Marsha attended the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and graduated with a degree in Journalism. She graduated from the University of Detroit School of law. While in Law School she was admitted to the Inns of Court.
Marsha was a board member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. She is a former prosecutor and former Alternate Public Defender and trial attorney. Marsha participated with the People to People organization as a delegate to the St. Petersburg School of Law. She is the mother of 6 children and a widow.
She is licensed in California and Nevada.
