Elisa earned her law degree from the University of the District of Columbia School of Law.
Elisa initially focused on immigration litigation. She has since pursued advocacy for consumers who have been misled and defrauded in high-pressure sales tactics.
Elisa is a member of the District of Columbia Bar Association.
