Brian earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Miami before obtaining his Juris Doctor from the Charlotte School of Law.
Brian is dedicated to protecting the rights, financial wellbeing, and dignity of individuals harmed by unfair, deceptive, or abusive business practices. Brian founded and operated his own practice, Walker Law, PLLC, where he represented clients across North Carolina and beyond. Brian has been recognized by the North Carolina Supreme Court Pro Bono Honor Society in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2024 for his commitment to service and his contributions to access to justice. He then relocated to California with a renewed focus on defending consumers in an increasingly complex and rapidly evolving marketplace.
His passion for consumer advocacy is strengthened by a deeply held belief that ordinary people deserve a level playing field against well-resourced corporations, debt collectors, and creditors. With Scottish and Sicilian roots tracing through Ellis Island, Brian comes from a family that built its American story through hard work and fairness—values that inform his dedication to standing up for clients when powerful institutions cross the line.
Brian is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and Washington, D.C., and has court admissions for all three federal districts within North Carolina.
